Other directories charge 5, 9 or 29 EUR per month plus 11 EUR per event. We charge no per-event fee: events are unlimited in every tier.

Two tracks, one promise
What we census ourselves sits on this directory for free, forever, with a full listing and a dofollow link. Payment only buys self-service: venues that list themselves buy tools, analytics and visibility, not an editorial blessing. Paid listings carry rel="sponsored", featured placements are visibly labelled as exactly what they are.

Questions and answers
Can I change tier?
Yes, any time from the customer portal. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the current month, prorated.
What happens if I stop paying?
The listing stays active until the end of the paid period. After that it loses self-service features, photos above the limit and all Pro and Featured extras. Basic details remain.
Why does my submission need a review?
A short editorial check before payment: does the venue fit the topic (AI art, immersive exhibitions)? Does it exist? That protects the quality of the directory, and you only pay after approval.
We are already listed for free. Can we still upgrade?
Yes. The free listing stays free, forever. An upgrade hands you photos, events and analytics and gets you enquiries: same listing, more control.
Do extra events cost anything?
No. Events are unlimited in every tier, with no per-event fee. That is not a launch price, it is the model.
How does billing work with a VAT ID?
EU venues provide their VAT ID at submission, and the reverse charge applies: the invoice shows the tax and you account for it yourself. Payment via Stripe, cancel monthly.
In how many languages does my listing appear?
In all four languages of the site: German, English, Italian and Spanish. You maintain one version, translation runs through the platform.
When and how do I pay?
Only after editorial approval do you receive the Stripe checkout link by email. Subscription, monthly, cancellation and tier changes any time in the customer portal.
