Visiting the site

The server (Hetzner, EU) processes access data where technically necessary (IP address, time, page requested) and deletes it after a few days at the latest. Google Analytics only runs after your consent (see the cookie policy); without consent no analytics cookies are set.

Newsletter

We store your email address for the newsletter only after you confirm the double opt-in link. Every email carries an unsubscribe link; after unsubscribing the address is deleted.

Venue self-service and payments

Submissions (contact details, venue information) are processed for the editorial review and to manage your listing. Login happens via one-time email links; the venue studio sets one technically necessary session cookie (7 days). Payments run through Stripe Payments Europe: Stripe processes card data, we never store payment details. Transaction events (payment, tier change) reach our statistics server-side without cookies and carry no email address.

Your rights

You may request access, correction and deletion of your data, and withdraw any consent. An email is enough.
