Córdoba
Naturaleza Encendida: Navegantes turns the gardens of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos in Córdoba into an open air route of light at night. Fourteen installations combine video projection, lasers, strobe lighting and a soundscape inspired by the meeting of Columbus with the Catholic Monarchs.
The route is split into three zones, El Encuentro, El Viaje and El Descubrimiento, and takes about 45 minutes on foot. Sessions start every 15 minutes from 22:00, rain or shine, through January 10, 2027.
The visit is a night walk through the gardens of the Alcázar: the installations follow one another and tell the story in three chapters, from the encounter to the voyage and on to the discovery, carried by projections, lasers, strobe lighting and a continuous soundscape.
Entry is organized in sessions every 15 minutes from 22:00 and the walk takes about 45 minutes. Everything takes place outdoors, rain or shine, so dress for the season and wear comfortable shoes.
