Viva Frida Kahlo

Viva Frida Kahlo is the current 360 degree show at the Kunstkraftwerk, devoted to the life and work of the Mexican painter.

The run is officially confirmed until 11 October 2026, after which a new production takes over the rooms.

Paintings, self portraits and motifs from Frida Kahlo's universe are projected across the walls and floor of the heating plant, set to music. You stand inside the image: there is no podium in front of it, the projection runs around you.

As everywhere in the house, book a time slot, because admission is only guaranteed with an online ticket.
