02 · About the exhibition

Lucerne

The Planetarium im Verkehrshaus der Schweiz is the most modern large planetarium in Switzerland, inside the Swiss Museum of Transport on Lake Lucerne in Lucerne.

Beyond the science shows (currently Planeten - Expedition ins Sonnensystem) it runs an artistic music programming line: Planetarium in Concert Harfenreise durch das Sternenmeer (7 November 2026), Giorgio Claretti Piano and Stars (21 November 2026) and Swissorama (24 October 2026).

Daily show sessions, the calendar runs online via verkehrshaus.ch.

Also 3D surround radio plays and Planetarium Lectures.

  • Day pass adults CHF 62 (museum, planetarium, film theater, Swiss Chocolate Adventure), students under 26 CHF 46, children CHF 29, museum only CHF 37.
