About the exhibition

Berlin

Lauren Greenfield: Social Studies is the headline of Fotografiska Berlin's second half of 2026: an immersive exhibition on how digital life reshapes identity and human connection.

Fotografiska is the late-opening photography museum in the Tacheles building, with rotating immersive shows; the exact run dates for this one are not yet published.

Greenfield has spent decades documenting wealth, youth and status; Social Studies turns that method onto digital life. The Fotografiska presentation relies on large prints, film rooms and immersive scenography rather than classical wall sequences.

The venue itself is part of the experience: late opening hours, restaurant and bar make the visit an evening programme rather than a daytime slot.
